Lisa Christy serves as Director of Development at GenerateHope, where she leads fundraising, marketing and communications, and community engagement—including volunteer and outreach efforts that invite others into the mission.

With a background in both corporate and nonprofit leadership, Lisa brings a relational and strategic approach to development, helping individuals, businesses, and communities engage meaningfully in the work. She spent over a decade at Hewlett-Packard before stepping into mission-driven roles, most recently serving as an Executive Director in the foster care space, where she led fundraising and partnership efforts to expand impact.

Lisa’s passion for this work is deeply personal. Raised by a single mother and shaped by seasons of instability, she is driven by a deep faith and a desire to see women experience restoration, dignity, and lasting freedom. She is especially committed to raising awareness and helping shift the broader dynamics that contribute to exploitation.

Lisa lives in San Diego and treasures time with her family, especially her daughter and young granddaughter, and finds joy in building community across generations.
